Welcome to Jeremy and Gail’s website. It seems like just yesterday that we were celebrating our memorable wedding day with our family and friends. We will be updating this site often to keep our families from across the country updated with our lives as newlyweds and now, as parents-to-be!
We’re back to posting and if you haven’t already heard the news ~ it’s true, we’re having our first baby!
To keep our families posted with our experience, we will be updating you with Gail’s pregnancy progression and Jeremy’s excitement leading to the big day. So check back often as we will be keeping you up-to-date as we begin this new and exciting chapter in our lives.
We can’t wait for you to meet our little one in 2010!
We would like to thank everyone who came to celebrate our special day. It was by far the happiest day of our lives! We really enjoyed your company. Photos are being collected and will be online soon for your viewing pleasure. If you had a camera and would like to send us photos you took, that would be awesome.
Thanks again and we love you all!
Here is a video of the reception introduction and “first dance.” Enjoy.
We can’t believe it’s almost here, just one more month! Time flew by so fast after my Bridal Shower, Jeremy’s Bachelor Party in Las Vegas, and then my Las Vegas Bachelorette Party. Jeremy and I have had a great time relishing each celebration and we truly appreciate our family and friends for throwing such memorable events in honor of us! We’re getting down to the wire and we’re putting all the final details together. As it gets closer to our day, we’re getting more and more stressed, anxious, excited & overwhelmed! We’re so excited to see our families who are traveling from Chicago and Detroit, and we’re looking forward to being with all our friends who we haven’t had a chance to see much since planning the wedding. Remember to bring your dancing shoes, it’s going to be a long night of celebrating!!!!!
You’re most likely checking our site because you received our invitations in the mail! It took us a while to create and assemble each invitation but once we finally dropped all of them off at the post office, it made everything seem even more official…and much closer! We’re looking forward to receiving your RSVP’s in the mail to see who will be celebrating with us!
Choosing a photographer has been our biggest feat throughout our planning process because it was important for us to choose someone who would capture our special day perfectly. After researching endlessly on the internet and scheduling numerous meetings, we were most impressed with the artistic work of Lifetime Photo Memoirs. The husband and wife team made our decision process easier based on their professionalism, personalities, and product of work. We’re so relieved we finally booked our photographers, with only a few months to spare, who will help us remember our wedding day forever!
Things are slowly but surely coming along! After the proposal in September 2007, we got the ball rolling quickly by booking our ceremony and reception sites thinking, “at least we got the big things out of the way.” As the holidays came and went and the new year started, we thought we would have plenty of time to take care of everything else. We’re already at the end of March, and there’s still a lot to be taken care of! My breaks at work consists of reviewing contracts and contacting vendors. Our weekends have been dubbed “wedding weekends” as we attack each project. And when people graciously ask, “how’s wedding planning going?” The response is, “it’s going!” Because, it really does just keep going and going…as each contract is signed, another vendor is to be met. And only 4+ months to go!!
